The product feed into sieve boats through the feeder elevator. Each sieve boat has specific sizes of holes for impurities larger than the crop or smaller than the crop. Sieve boats inclines downwards where the crop moves to whilst sieve boats vibrates and impurities fall of the sieve perforations.
To separate the straw, chip, glumes and etc. the product passes below the aspirator room. Aspirator room has five adjustable suction imports where crop exposed to air cleaning five times. After cleaning operation, the product transferred to the grading boat. The product can be graded maximum to two or three with air screen sieving; the eccentric system obtains the best analysis of the product. The cleaning system of under screen has brushes moving forward and back, so there is no risk for the screen to be blocked.
1-First part of the machine is for Pre cleaning ;
First friction = scalping (first Sieve boat) (clean the large impuities from the products).
Second friction = screening (second sieve boat.)(clean the small impurities from the product)
2-Second part of the machine is for Fine Cleaning;
Third driction and four friction = air screening up to five times in single process (to clean the light impurities from the products) at the same time screening (third sieve boat)(clean the small impurities from the product), alternatively grading 1. Last Sieve Boat
Two frictions, fifth and sixth frictions: below screen (screening fot grading 2) and above screen grade 3 or scalping.
This machibe can be used for Seed cleaning Pırpose or Edible granule dry vegetables cleaninf pırpose.
